- Quantum Elite, which was formerly known as Quantum Leads, has revamped its front and back end capabilities.
- The front end features include a revamped search bar, a "My Properties" folder, customized map searches, social sharing buttons, a home evaluation tool, mortgage calculator and the capability to instantly schedule a showing.
- On the back end, agents will notice a lead verification tool, text messaging system, bulk emailing opportunities and an autodialer.
In May 2015, Quantum Leads became Quantum Elite, and this year, the company has built upon its initial rebranding efforts with updated front- and back-end features.
Quantum Elite redesigned its front end with the realization that buyers and sellers rarely come to a site for agent profiles or to read a blog post about local home trends. They come to look at properties.

“We tracked how consumers behave on the site, and it’s all about property, of course,” says Martin Luus, Quantum Elite’s lead sales associate. “We have some really nice pages about the teams, their causes, their buyers and all that, but it’s certainly more hidden on the page and on the website as well. What we see is that it’s all about the property and looking at photos and pricing information.”
New search bar and email address verification features
One of the first features impacted by the redesign is the home page search bar. Before, potential buyers would have to scroll back to the top of the page to conduct another search.
Now, the search bar is responsive and stays at the top of the window as buyers scroll down. Furthermore, buyers can easily filter properties by price, property type, beds and baths directly from the search bar.

In addition, the listings page now allows buyers and sellers to view sold and pending properties via a direct feed from the MLS. Luus says that buyers and sellers search in the same way, and just like a buyer wants to see what’s for sale, a seller wants to see what’s been sold.
Luus added that because Quantum Elite’s listing information comes straight from the MLS, the prices are more accurate than other popular portals, such as Zillow.
“It’s a better and more accurate way [to search] than Zillow,” says Luus. “Today when consumers want to find sold information, seeing what the house next to them sold for or the house down the street, they generally go to Zillow. And, we see that they [Zillow] are generally inaccurate.”
The redesign also boasts consumer-centered features such as a “My Properties” folder that contains homes a buyer has favorited, customized map searches, social sharing buttons, a home comparison chart, mortgage calculator, home evaluation tool and instant viewing requests.
But, the real magic for agents and brokers comes from the back end, which is streamlined for ultimate lead capturing and productivity.

When buyers and sellers come on a site, they sometimes provide a false email address just so they can get access, which wastes agents’ time when it comes time to follow-up, Luus says.
To prevent this from happening, Quantum Elite vets a lead’s email address and phone number as soon as its entered in on the site. If the contact information proves to be bogus, buyers and sellers will receive a notice that they need to enter a valid information to gain access to the site and its features.
Agents won’t receive any notifications until the lead’s information is fully verified.
“On average, we have 20 to 25 percent better leads on our sites because of the verification process alone,” Luus says.

Lead data, bulk email system and autodialer
In addition to a new verification process, the back end offers a comprehensive view of lead activity on the site. Agents can view a lead’s price range, number of site logins, property views, favorites and social shares. These fields can be hidden, but they offer agents a better idea of what a potential buyer or seller is looking for.
Quantum Elite has also added a text message and bulk email system that allows agents to quickly follow up with leads in a matter of minutes. The company added the text messaging system since buyers seem more apt to respond to a text rather than a call.

The system can send up to 10,000 emails (more can be sent at an extra charge) to a filtered list of leads. Agents can create filters based on time — for example, leads who have been on the site in the past month.
“For example, you can find all of your military buyers at the click of a couple buttons,” Luus says. “You can send out a mass email to all of your military members to let them know about a special event or offer that you have for military buyers.”
The crown jewel of the new back-end features is the autodialer, which allows agents to reach more leads according to Luus.
Agents simply need to filter their leads and then click the “start your dial session” button. From there, the system dials each lead, and if someone doesn’t answer the phone, it leaves a customized voicemail (built by the agent) and automatically moves you on to the next call.
Clark Turnipseed of Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate says the updates have doubled his leads in the ultra-competitive of market of Destin, Florida, and that the autodialer has had the most impact on his day-to-day schedule.

Turnipseed’s brokerage helped to craft the redesign and he believes that Quantum Elite is one of the only programs that is truly set up with the Realtor in mind.
