The total value of the transactions was not disclosed.
Autumn Ridge Apartments (288 units) is located at 9607 Wickersham Road. Summer Glen Apartments (206 units) is located at 9624 Rolling Rock Lane.
Irving, Texas-based Summer Glen 2000-CKP1 LLC sold the properties to Lewisville, Texas-based WAK Management Co.
Thomas Emerson Burns and J. Michael Lewis of the Dallas office of Hendricks & Partners negotiated the transaction.
