NRT Inc., a Cendant subsidiary, recently announced the acquisition of American Real Estate in West Bend, Wis.
The firm will now do business as an NRT-owned Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage.
Mike Sterr, co-owner and manager of American Real Estate, will continue his real estate career as a sales associate with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage. Co-owners Joan Sterr-Strobel and Sue Giese will also become sales associates with the new organization. Sales associates in the American Real Estate office will be moving to the current Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage office in West Bend, located at 2395 West Washington St.
NRT Inc. has more than 900 offices and 52,000 sales associates operating in more than 30 of the nation’s largest metropolitan markets.
