Binswanger/CBB negotiated the sale of a 96,400-square-foot industrial building in Dublin, Pa.
The value of the transaction was approximately $1.2 million.
The property is located on a 41-acre site along Deep Run Road.
TF Partners Ltd., a Bucks County-based investor group, purchased the property from Doane Pet Care Co., a pet food manufacturer.
TF Partners plans to refurbish the existing building and then offer the industrial space for lease.
