The nation’s largest multiple listing service, California Regional MLS, will license listing data to real estate information and analytics provider CoreLogic for use in risk management products the company provides to lenders, loan servicers and Wall Street investors.

With the addition of California Regional MLS, CoreLogic’s Partner InfoNet network will receive have data on nearly 1.1 million active listings from 78 MLSs with more than 450,000 members.

Realtors Property Resource LLC — a subsidiary of the National Association of Realtors — also licenses MLS data to generate analytics for lenders, investors, and government agencies. RPR is currently licensing 1.6 million active listings from 384 MLS with 619,000 Realtor members.

California Regional MLS has also signed a "multi-year" extension to continue using CoreLogic’s Matrix MLS platform, the companies said.

CoreLogic said Matrix is currently in use by 16 MLSs with more than 163,000 members, with six more installations scheduled for this year.

Miami Realtors get access to Discover iMapp

The Miami Association of Realtors — the largest Realtor association in the U.S. — says it’s the first in the nation to offer members Discover iMapp as an alternative MLS application.

Discover iMapp merges MLS listing and tax data into a single application that runs on all major web browsers and is optimized for mobile devices. It’s a collaboration between Discover MLS Software, which launched its listings platform in 2010, and iMapp Inc., which offers geographic real estate information systems that integrates property information including mortgage and deed recordings, foreclosure information, tax-roll data, demographics, aerial imagery and parcel lines.

Discover iMapp offers a real-time client portal with a live-chat feature that allows agents to interact with their clients, react to feedback on properties and modify results to include changes in the search process.

"Our Realtor subscribers are used to having iMapp running on their iPads and all other mobile devices," said Bill Rovillo, CEO of iMapp, in a statement. "Now they can share MLS and any public record data with consumers from a single, mobile solution using trusted, Miami Association of Realtors data."

Trulia bolsters San Francisco Bay Area listing coverage

An MLS serving 8,000 members in Northern California will syndicate listings directly to Trulia, the companies said.

Bay Area Real Estate Information Services Inc. (BAREIS) serves Marin, Mendocino, Napa, Solano, and Sonoma counties.

With the addition of BAREIS, the majority of MLSs in the San Francisco Bay Area are now working with Trulia, the company said. Trulia was already receiving direct feeds from MLSListings, Bay East and Contra Costa MLSs.

BAREIS will participate in the Trulia Direct Reference program, under which Trulia notifies listing agents and brokers about any discrepancies between the data provided by the MLS and information from other syndicators.

"By syndicating listings for its members, BAREIS MLS will ensure that it provides an extremely high level of data accuracy," said Mark Weiss, Trulia director of business development, in a statement. "This will help its members connect with more buyers and sellers to close more transactions."
