Carefree, Ariz.-based Sonoran Desert Lifestyles is the ninth brokerage to affiliate with Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate this year, the companies announced.
Founded in 2007 and led by broker-owner Patrick C. Jones, the 23-agent firm is now known as Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Sonoran Desert Lifestyles.
The brokerage serves the Phoenix, Scottsdale, Carefree and Cave Creek areas. Jones is chairman-elect of the Scottsdale Area Association of Realtors, and also serves on the board of directors of the Arizona Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.
Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate "was a natural fit for our brokerage,” Jones said in a statement, because the franchisor "understands that real estate is more than servicing a transaction, but providing information, tools and ideas to help turn a customer’s vision into a reality."
A Realogy subsidiary, Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate is affiliated with brokerages that employ about 7,600 sales associates working out of more than 230 offices in Canada and 24 U.S. states: Alabama, Arizona, California, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Pennsylvania, Maine, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Nevada, North Carolina, Ohio, Oregon, South Carolina, Texas, Tennessee, Vermont, Virginia and Washington.
