Clareity Security has partnered with Lender Processing Services to offer Clareity’s online marketplace for real estate apps and services to LPS’ 200 MLS and association customers, who provide services to more than 250,000 subscribers.
The Clareity Store officially launched in May, giving MLSs and vendors a new way to market and sell third-party products to real estate agents and brokers with one click through Clareity’s single sign-on platform integrated with their MLS.
“This partnership will extend the reach of the Clareity Store and open up new opportunities for both our companies, and the agents and brokers we serve,” said Gregg Larson, Clareity’s CEO, in a statement.
Scottsdale, Ariz.-based Clareity, a provider of user authentication and “single sign-on” services for multiple listing services, announced a similar deal with real estate data and technology firm CoreLogic in March.
Larson said the partnerships with LPS and CoreLogic will allow the Clareity Store to reach 900,000 MLS subscribers across the United States and Canada.
Rich Lull, senior vice president of LPS MLS Solutions, said in a statement that LPS’ goal is to offer the “best of the best” to its 250,000-plus subscriber participants.
“From our perspective, the Clareity Store exceeds the criteria and we will work diligently with Clareity Security to ensure this partnership is successful,” he said.
Also today, Clareity announced it will roll out its first Clareity Store this week for the 3,450 members of the Northeast Oklahoma Real Estate Services (NORES) MLS, operated by the Greater Tulsa Association of Realtors.
“(O)ur subscribers will have the ability to see all of the products and applications available to them on a single dashboard,” said Mike Cotrill, the association’s CEO, in a statement.
NORES is on CoreLogic’s Marketlinx platform and is already a Clareity client, having incorporated the company’s single sign-on portal.
“Clareity’s partnership with CoreLogic makes SSO Portal and Store rollouts seamless for MLS operators. By the end of summer, Clareity Stores will serve more than 200,000 MLS subscribers every day,” Larson said.
Larson told Inman News the Tulsa store launch is the first of 13 or 14 stores slated for launch this summer. A total of 44 Clareity Stores are under construction or scheduled to start soon, he added.
“The pipeline includes most of Clareity’s other 80 customers plus many additional CoreLogic and LPS customers. It is our goal to have 100 stores operational by the end of (the fourth quarter),” Larson said.
Thus far, 55 vendors representing about 80 products are participating in the Clareity Store, he said.
“The momentum is building every day with MLS operators and the vendor/merchant community. In addition to deploying dozens of regional stores in 2013, we are also adding three to four new merchants and numerous products to the Store’s master catalog each week. My team is looking forward to the Inman Connect conference as the place for us to build new relationships with the vendor community,” Larson added.
