Inman News unveiled seven members of the inaugural class of the Inman Incubator program today. Inman Incubator is a startup accelerator that offers a year’s worth of mentorship and up to $100,000 in promotional consideration to its enrollees.
The enrollees announced today were: HomeLight, Zumper, RealScout, NuOffer, Homing In, Happy Inspector and Realty Mogul.
Tomorrow, Inman News will introduce the six other startups that have been accepted into the program.

The company, which is backed by Greylock Partners, recently launched a free iPhone app, Zumper Pro, that allows an agent or landlord to create a listing from a unit and a digital flier for Craigslist.
RealScout is a search portal that allows homebuyers and agents to search MLSs based on qualitative criteria like open floor plans, high ceilings, large backyards and natural light.
NuOffer claims to enable agents to digitally negotiate a property sale in less than three minutes from a tablet.
Homing In is developing a product that allows agents to share pictures and notes on properties.
Happy Inspector creates mobile apps that assist with property inspections.
Realty Mogul enables accredited investors to buy shares of investment properties like office buildings, apartment buildings and retail centers.
