Technology company Kazadu, in partnership with Fatbit Technologies, has launched the real estate referral network Kazadu.com.
The website, which is the latest matchmaking service to emerge recently, is designed to enable homebuyers, sellers and owners to find and review qualified real estate agents, lenders, home insurance agents, homebuilders and other home-service professionals.
Consumers may search for professionals based on location, service category, languages spoken, designations, certifications, experience, specializations, reviews and testimonials, according to Kazadu.
The site also doubles as a social platform where professionals may connect and provide referrals to each other.
To enhance their appeal, professionals may set up deals that come with their services. They also may answer consumers’ questions in the site’s “Ask the Expert” section.
Professionals appear to be able to claim their profiles and add their credentials to them by finding their profiles on the website and clicking “Claim your Profile today!”
A growing number of real estate matchmaking sites have cropped up recently, appearing to indicate that some industry observers believe there may be significant demand for referral services, even as listing sites — which help consumers search for homes without agents — and social media platforms — which allow consumers to find agents through mutual acquaintances — grow in reach.
HomeLight, Brokur and LessThan6Percent are three other services that fall into this group.
