Real estate data and technology provider CoreLogic has rolled out an updated version of its mobile application for multiple listing services that allows real estate agents and their clients to work together and remotely share information throughout the home search process.

GoMLS 2.0 comes with a new “Home Assist” feature that lets agents chat and share listings with clients in a running thread and see clients’ favorite homes, notes and search activity. Agents can invite their clients — via email, text messaging, Facebook or Twitter — to download an agent-branded consumer version of the app to stay in touch.

Through the MLS member version of the app, agents can access their MLS to see in-depth, real-time listing and property data, agent-only listing information, MLS saved searches and contacts, and optional Realist property information, CoreLogic said. They can also edit listings.

“GoMLS succeeds because it marries the deep MLS integration that real estate professionals require with the power of on-device features like GPS and map shape searching,” said Ben Graboske, senior vice president of real estate and financial services for CoreLogic, in a statement.

GoMLS 2.0 is compatible with any MLS system and works on Apple iPhones and iPads, as well as Google Android devices, Irvine, Calif.-based CoreLogic said.

“The launch of GoMLS has been a tremendous success, and working with CoreLogic has been a great experience,” said Merri Jo Cowen, CEO of My Florida Regional MLS, in a statement.

“GoMLS gives our members the mobile solution they need with quick, comprehensive, location-based searches, as well as the ability to market themselves to prospective clients. The reviews from our members have been glowing, and we’ve already had more than 28,000 downloads of the app in the first four months.”
