1. Real estate agent Jay Zwelling invited the traveling Ben & Jerry’s ice cream truck to set up shop at an open house he hosted.
2. Appraiser Ryan Lundquist gave away a $5 Starbucks gift card on Facebook to the person who submitted the best answer to the question: “What would you do with this 0.88 acres that is listed for $2,000 in MLS right now?” He received 26 responses.
