As broker-owner of Realty World Advance Group in San Bruno, Calif., Amy Kong has been serving the Greater San Francisco market since 1988.
An immigrant from Hong Kong, she’s a strong believer in education as the key to success. Kong says honesty is the backbone of her profession, and sharing is the key to build a community. She estimates 95 percent of her business comes from referrals, and 90 percent of her clients are Asian.
Kong was 2011 president of the Chinese Real Estate Association of America (CREAA), and served on the 2011-2012 board of directors at the San Francisco Association of Realtors.
