Olivia Decker, founder and co-owner of Decker Bullock Sotheby’s International Realty, concentrates exclusively on marketing extraordinary homes valued from $4 million to more than $40 million. A native of Shanghai, Decker lived in Hong Kong, Taiwan and Japan before emigrating to San Francisco, finding success with Merrill Lynch Realty in the 1980s before founding her Mill Valley, Calif.-based company in 1988. She’s made a living globe-trotting around the world, selling real estate everywhere.
