A la mode’s free iPad app for multiple listing service subscribers, RE:Focus Analytics, is now integrated with Evernote, making it easier for real estate professionals to share property information, market data and analytics with clients, and collaborate with them when house hunting.

Agents can create a client-specific shared folder in Evernote, and then use RE:Focus Analytics to add photos of homes, pricing and sales trends for the neighborhood their clients might be interested in, and a comp report and comparative market analysis for determining an offer price.

“Once the information is in Evernote, everyone has access on their mobile devices while on a home tour,” said a la mode Chief Product Officer Brad Eaton in a statement. “Everyone can make notes, add voice notes, annotate photos, and share likes and dislikes of each home. This is the best way to collaborate and share real estate information between several people at once.”

Naples, Florida-based a la mode says its broker reciprocity and analytics products can tap MLS listings and sales data through integration contracts with local boards serving more than 500,000 licensed salespeople nationwide.

Evernote has been widely embraced by real estate agents and brokers.

A recent survey by consulting firm WAV Group found that real estate brokerages are hungry for technology platforms that integrate with each other.
