You tell us: Is competition for listings undermining commissions?

Listings remain hard to come by in many markets — conditions that, historically, can make listing brokers more willing to negotiate their commission with sellers to compete for their business.

In this survey, Inman News explores to what extent brokers and agents are willing and able to compete on price, and what factors limit their ability to do so.

Whether you are a full-commission broker or agent, or are providing services on a discounted or flat-fee basis, we want your insights into what’s happening in your market.

To thank brokers and agents who participate, you’ll be entered in a drawing for a free iPhone 6. Don’t forget to provide your contact information at the end of the survey if you want to be entered in the drawing — your responses will remain anonymous.
