Print marketing is not dead, and apparently even the newest companies are getting in on the action. Real estate tech startup WebsiteBox is now offering its agent and broker website customers an app that will help them create their own printed marketing materials or easily outsource them.

The Toronto-based firm is known for the mobile-optimized websites it offers for a one-time, $99 fee. The company offers add-ons to the sites for $99 each, including a search engine optimization app, a Craigslist ad-building app, a lead capture system, and now, its “Prints App.”

“Real estate agents rely on print marketing for branding, to connect with former clients, and to attract new clients,” said WebsiteBox CEO Peyman Aleagha, in a statement.

“While much of the real estate world is moving online, a creative and consistent print marketing campaign is still essential to increasing a Realtor’s visibility within the community. What’s more, quick, clean messages on brochures, fliers and other literature can ultimately drive traffic to a real estate website.”

Agents can use the app’s intuitive drag-and-drop tools to create customized business cards, newsletters, fliers, postcards, letterheads, property sheets and other materials, the company said. Because the app is integrated with WebsiteBox sites, it automatically pulls in multiple listing service data with no manual entry needed.

The app generates a high-resolution PDF that agents can print immediately from their office or that they can email to WebsiteBox partner PrintChomp to help them choose a local printer according to their budget, quality and deadline specifications, WebsiteBox said.
