A Gallup poll of almost 16,000 smartphone users shows that 11 percent of adults check their phones “every few minutes,” while 41 percent check their devices “a few times an hour.”

Those numbers were even higher for adults in the 18-29 and 30-49 age ranges.
Moral of the story: If you don’t have a mobile-responsive website — or you haven’t considered advertising on smartphone apps — and you want to target first-time homebuyers in particular, you’ve got some catching up to do!
Make sure you have a presence established where your future clients are spending their time. And for adults 29 and younger, a significant amount of their time is spent on their phones.
