Takeaways:

Real estate agents are planning to utilize more marketing automation that promotes listings — which is why CityBlast has launched a new “Branded Bar” feature.

According to CityBlast, cost-prohibitive advertising rates for top-tier placements on national websites are now a thing of the past; its technology enables agents to appear at the top of any article they share socially.

When enabled, the Branded Bar automatically adds a personalized leaderboard ad at the top of every article an agent shares on Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn accounts.

When a social post is clicked on by a fan, follower or friend, the reader will see a glossy leaderboard ad featuring the face and contact information of the agent with an integrated lead capture offer — for example “Know what your house is worth today” or “See my home value now.”

Since Branded Bar launched several weeks ago, CityBlast reports buyer and seller lead generation has increased by 225 percent for all agents utilizing the technology. The company says its client agents reach more than six million people per day via social media.

“We are very excited to bring the sizzle of big budget placements to our clients without increasing their pricing, or blowing their marketing budgets,” said Shaun Nilsson, co-founder of CityBlast.

According to the company, it offers social media management solutions to agents starting at $99 a month.
