Aug. 3

AgentPair and Fidelity National Title Group (FNTG) have partnered. FNTG has decided to make AgentPair a featured product and will be introducing the AgentPair platform to brokerages across the nation.

Aug. 4

@properties, the largest independent real estate firm in Illinois, renewed its PointDrive contract.

Cloud Stream, a listing alert and collaboration tool, is the newest Midwest Real Estate Data tool for its members.

Aug. 6

United Wholesale Mortgage, a wholesale lender, announced the release of UClose, a tool that will allow mortgage brokers to close loans within an hour of receiving clear to close.

Aug. 7

Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate has added Silver City Properties in New Mexico to its network.

Aug. 13

ClosingCorp, which provides residential real estate closing cost data and technology, announced that its Loan Estimate Service is now integrated with Loan Origination Studio.

Aug. 24

Velocify, a sales acceleration platform, will now offer its solutions through Ellie Mae’s Encompass mortgage management solution.

Aug. 25

Fannie Mae launched its HomeReady mortgage, a lending option aimed at creditworthy borrowers with lower-to-moderate incomes.

Aug. 26

HouseLens, a provider of visual real estate marketing solutions, has partnered with ERA Wilder Realty. 

Aug. 27

ExaTech, a Pittsburgh-based technology company, is in production with ACI Sky Delivery, an appraisal delivery portal.

Aug. 28

Realty Pilot’s Offer Runway, an online platform that streamlines the residential real estate offer process, and zipLogix’s zipForm software have arranged to integrate.
