We’ve coached thousands of agents, and from experience Julie and I can tell you that fear of the phone — especially phone prospecting — is very common, and results in a big problem for a lot of agents.

A lot of real estate success depends on your ability to confidently and persuasively communicate on the phone. Maybe you’re a killer salesperson when you’re looking someone in the eye, but unless you can carry that through to your phone communication, you’re going to fighting an uphill battle with your leads, prospects and clients.
