Alon Chaver has joined the Estateya Advisory Board. “We are confident that bringing Alon on board is a game changer for Estateya both in terms of team management and our near-future plans for expansion in the U.S.,” said the company in a statement.

October 5

Bob Bemis has joined the Realtors Property Resource as the company’s vice president of business technologies. “Bob’s long term experience and dedication to the real estate industry, focusing on MLS technology, made him the perfect person to assist RPR in the design and implementation of the AMP (Advanced Multi-List Platform) project,” said Dale Ross, CEO of RPR, in a statement. “Bob’s vision aligns perfectly with RPR’s technology at a time when the real estate industry is entering a very positive reassessment of the evolving needs of its agents and brokers and how they will meet the needs of their increasingly technology-engaged consumers.”

Sharmila Patel

Auction.com hired Sharmila Patel as senior vice president of commercial real estate finance and operations. “Sharmila is a well-versed technology finance and operations professional who brings valued experience working effectively with cross-functional groups,” said Gordon Smith, general manager of Auction.com’s commercial real estate division, in a statement. “We are very pleased to have her on board as her presence on a multitude of Auction.com operational teams will provide the type of leadership necessary to pace our business for continued success.”

Linda Moran

Coastal Association of Realtors named Linda Moran as its new president and Terry McGowan as its treasurer. “As a member of the Coastal Association of Realtors Board since 2009, I am proud to become the president of the board of directors for 2016,” Linda Moran said in a statement. “It’s an honor to serve the counties of Worcester, Wicomico and Somerset on the Eastern Shore, where we focus on both the public and the Realtors’ needs.”

Mike Drews

Mike Drews is the 2016 President of the Illinois Association of Realtors; Matt Difanis is the 2016 treasurer.

Rudy Anez

Florida East Coast Realty, a development firm in Miami, named Rudy Anez as its vice president of construction.

Rich Igou

Lone Wolf Real Estate Technologies has named Rich Igou as its solutions architect for WOLFconnect, an office productivity platform. “Rich joining our technology team is part of our strategic growth plan and continued investment in the ecosystem of technology, partners and real estate boards that integrate with the Complete Enterprise Solution,” said Rob Overman, Chief Technology Officer at Lone Wolf, in a statement. “Rich will play a key role as Solutions Architect of our front office platform, including loadingDOCS transaction management and mobile apps.”

Michael McGreevy

Michael McGreevy has been named as the branch manager of the Woodley Park office of Long & Foster Real Estate. “I am excited for the opportunity to lead the team at Long & Foster’s Woodley Park office, which is truly a gem location in the region,” McGreevy said in a statement. “During my career at Long & Foster, I’ve managed several offices, most recently our Silver Spring, Maryland, location, and the insight and knowledge I’ve gained through those experiences has helped my agents to thrive in their careers.”

Daniel Gale Sotheby’s International Realty announced that Margaret Mateyaschuk is the new sales manager at Daniel Gale Sotheby’s in Locust Valley. “For more than 20 years, Margaret Mateyaschuk has been a tremendous asset to Daniel Gale Sotheby’s, both as an agent and a sales manager,” said Patricia J. Petersen, President and CEO, in a statement. “Her expertise is considerable, and her exceptional mentoring skills have been a boon to our agents.”

Bryan McMillen

Daniel Gale Sotheby’s International Realty made another announcement — Bryan McMillen has been named sales manager for its Glen Head/Old Brookville & Sea Cliff offices. “Bryan has demonstrated a superb work ethic and overall excellence as an agent,” said Patricia J. Petersen, President & CEO, in a statement. “Born and raised on Long Island’s North Shore, Bryan has a deep knowledge and understanding of the area and its real estate market.”
