Law firm Morrison & Foerster has expanded its real estate group with Irv Hepner as counsel, Amanda Myers as senior associate and Meagan Froemming as an associate in the firm’s Los Angeles office. In addition, Jenny Tseng joined the Palo Alto real estate group as an associate “We welcome both Irv and Amanda to the firm,” said Nicholas Spiliotes, Co-Chair of the firm’s finance department, in a statement. “Irv’s expertise in real estate transactions as well as with the real estate components of complex corporate and project finance transactions complements the work of our global finance department, and we look forward to tapping into his experience and counsel.”

Chris Lipman

Chris Lipman has been promoted to Residential Sales Manager at Charles Rutenberg, a Manhattan real estate firm. “Chris’s leadership, market knowledge and empathetic and good nature makes him an excellent choice for Residential Sales Manager,” said Stefani Markowitz, President of Rutenberg. “Chris has sold homes in every neighborhood and type of building in Manhattan, and his ability to close deals quickly will be a valuable asset to him in training and mentoring agents.”

ComplianceEase has promoted Jason Roth to Chief Technology Officer.

Marissa Sandridge

Marissa Sandridge is the new Vice President, National Sales Executive at Equity National Title. “Marissa will be our third high-producing business development executive joining our sales team in the past six months,” said James K. O’Donnell, Esq., President of Equity, in a statement. “We have seen an exponential increase in demand in the past year, and her experience in the industry and her deep base of network contacts make her an outstanding addition for both Equity and our clients.”

Ron Donofrio has joined Smarter Agent Mobile as the company’s Sales Director and Broker Success Ambassador.

Lana Morin Pierce

The Intero Foundation, a nonprofit organization, has announced that real estate agent Lana Morin Pierce will take over as the company’s new President. “Lana is not only a great Realtor but also a great leader who is passionate about helping others,” said Intero CEO Tom Tognoli in a statement. “I know with that passion Lana will be a great President and will lead our foundation to new heights.”

Andy Pollock

Andy Pollock is the new senior managing director of Clayton Consulting Services, a provider of operational risk management, regulatory compliance and business process improvement solutions for banks, mortgage originators and mortgage servicers. “We’re continuing to expand the scope of our consulting services to anticipate the changing needs of our clients and new market participants,” said Jeff Tennyson, Clayton’s Chief Operating Officer, in a statement. “Having known Andy for more than 15 years, I’m confident that his deep operational experience and entrepreneurial bent make him the ideal candidate to lead the transformation of Clayton Consulting Services and deliver effective strategy and operating solutions to our clients.”
