“REclarity is a simple app for mixing audio over a slideshow of selected images on your iPhone.” That’s how Inman’s tech reviewer described the product in his August review — and now REclarity has added a bonus for agents and brokers using its software: branding options.

Tomorrow, Jigsaw Informatics (the company behind REclarity) will launch the REclarity Private Label Program, which will allow real estate businesses to license a version of REclarity that includes custom branding.

Angel Gaither, the office manager at Texas Home Group — based in Spring, Texas, just outside of Houston — said her brokerage took the software for a test drive, and they liked how it handled on the road.

“It was very easy,” Gaither said of the branding process. “[REclarity] pretty much handled everything.”

Gaither said that the brokerage’s existing branding assets “fit really well” into the app’s interface. “We did make a few changes to make it look nicer,” she said, “but we didn’t have to compromise our logo or anything like that.”

“It’s one more tool that our agents have to showcase the property for their client,” Gaither said. “You can point out features in the house that might be overlooked, you can zoom in and point to it and give a little more detail on that aspect. It’s a really good app.”

Here’s an example of a private-label REclarity video that Texas Home Group agent Jane Thomas made for a contractor working with one of her clients about a just-purchased fix-to-flip property.

And here’s a Texas Home Group listing video made using REclarity’s private-label option.

REclarity is free to download on the Apple App Store; upgrades to the basic software, including the private-label option, can be purchased for one-time fees ranging from $4.99 to $7.99.
