REcolorado.com, Colorado’s largest multiple listing service (MLS), has partnered with a dozen homebuilders and real estate developers to expand the website to include listings of rental properties and new home construction.
Homebuyers now have access to hundreds of rental properties in the Denver metro and surrounding areas, as well as newly built homes, new home plans and homes that are currently under construction. Each of the rental properties is listed by a licensed real estate agent.
The website has also received a facelift to improve user navigation and functionality. New home plans and communities are entered into the MLS and go directly to REcolorado.com, which is updated every 15 minutes, so the website boasts that “When consumers search REcolorado.com, they are essentially searching the MLS directly.”
Originally founded in 1984 as Metrolist, REcolorado.com currently lists nearly 1,500 homes in 32 communities across the state, and more than 18,000 real estate professionals belong to the online community.
