RealSatisfied and the Houston Association of Realtors (HAR), recently entered into a syndication agreement whereby HAR data and RealSatisfied results will dovetail to provide a detailed look at customer experience.

RealSatisfied is the performance evaluation and customer satisfaction platform designed exclusively for the real estate industry. They send customer satisfaction surveys to both the homebuyer and the seller on behalf of realtors at the close of transactions. As of March 1, 2016, RealSatisfied has compiled data from more than 200,000 of those surveys.

HAR, which was founded in 1918, serves more than 30,000 members and has one of the top real estate websites in the nation.

“HAR prides itself on offering the most comprehensive online real estate experience for the consumer,” said Bob Hale, CEO of the Houston Association of REALTORS, in a statement.

“We took the lead with agent ratings in 2009 and are delighted we can continue to serve both our members and the consumers who look to us for information through our relationship with RealSatisfied to incorporate their feedback into our platform.”

Now that the syndication deal is done, RealSatisfied provides a custom feed to HAR.com that maps RealSatisfied results to the measures HAR has been collecting for the last six years. HAR.com displays ratings for overall satisfaction, competency, market knowledge, communication and my experience.

The ratings and testimonials from RealSatisfied will behave like those collected by HAR.com on behalf of its members and will be similar in behavior to the new detailed ratings features recently launched by RealSatisfied.

Partnership helping to improve real estate transaction experience

The company says that its process allows customers to break from the ratings and review mindset that returns minimal data and provides very little insight into how a client really feels about the real estate transaction.

Seller surveys on RealSatisfied, for example, capture 47 different pieces of data relative to the home seller’s perception of agent performance, marketing sources and factors of influence.

“We could not be more excited about working with HAR.com,” said Jeff Turner, President of RealSatisfied, in a statement.

“Because our surveys are so detailed, we were able to map to HAR’s existing measures and provide our mutual customers with another outlet for their survey results. Bob and his team have been doing this longer than anyone, they pioneered the public display of agent performance ratings. So we are proud to be associated with the Houston Association of REALTORS in this way.”

The tools RealSatisfied provides to brokers include easy-to-use widgets for agents to publish client recommendations on their own websites, share those recommendations automatically to websites and to their social networks, third party tools like Cloud CMA, and provides third-party validation of customer satisfaction.

In addition, RealSatisfied provides brokers with a comprehensive dashboard for analyzing survey results, managing team members and escalating problems with transactions when they are uncovered by the surveys.

Bob Hale

“With HAR.com now displaying Realtor listings statewide and RealSatisfied offering ratings and testimonials to brokers and agents throughout Texas, this seemed like an obvious fit,” Hale added.

“The feedback from Realtors on Facebook following this announcement has been extremely positive. With HAR.com the no.1 website in Houston and no. 4 in Texas, this is a perfect platform for Texas Realtors to display their ratings to consumers.”

HAR members who use RealSatisfied can show their ratings on HAR.com. RealSatisfied users in Texas can claim their profile on HAR.com through the Houston Association of Realtors feature on the HAR.com website.
