Zumper recently examined the median rent prices for one-bedroom homes in Miami. Here are its findings:
- One-bedroom units decreased 0.5 percent to a median price of $1,890, while two-bedrooms dropped 0.8 percent to a median of $2,620.
- Over the past year, rents for both bedroom types have each appreciated over 5 percent.
- At a median rent price of $4,700, Fisher Island was the most expensive area to rent in Miami last month.
- The next priciest neighborhoods, in the $2,500-$2,800 range, were Park West, Venetian Islands, and City Center.
