City Point, a 1.8 million-square foot retail, residential and office space at the corner of Flatbush Avenue and Fulton Street, features three residential towers, one of which launched leasing of its 50 units last week.
With a 6,000 square foot public terrace, resident lounges and 1,500 square foot fitness center, 7 Dekalb Ave. is both a modern and amenity-filled rental opportunity for Brooklynites.

Acadia Realty Trust/Washington Square Partners and co-developer BFC Partners are the teams behind the zinc-clad tower, a unique design feature that will age over time and complement Brooklyn’s surrounding architecture styles.
“This project, now a reality, comes at an exciting time as modern day living in DoBro — one of the fastest-growing neighborhoods in the country — undergoes a renaissance,” said Donald Capoccia, a partner with Joseph Ferrara and Brandon Baron at BFC Partners.
7 DeKalb and City Point, Capoccia describes, gives Downtown Brooklyn housing, commercial and amenities all-in-one.
Residents are situated atop a department store, Target, Trader Joe’s and Alamo Drafthouse Cinema. Dekalb Market Hall, occupying 30,000 square feet of City Point’s 675,000 square feet, features Katz’s Delicatessen, the Arepa Lady and Pain d’Avignon.
“7 DeKalb Avenue affords residents the opportunity to live in a tower where the emphasis is on redefining how modern day Brooklynites live. We are offering spacious and refined apartments, a top-tier amenities collection and, most importantly, access,” said Aron Gooblar, vice president of Washington Square Partners.
The residential tower was designed by COOKFOX with interior architecture by SLCE Architects, BanG Studio and Trimbach. Apartments feature open floor plans with Manhattan and Brooklyn views. Some offer private terraces.
The price for a one-bedroom unit is $2,750 per month. Two-bedrooms with outdoor space start at $5,500 per month. The Corcoran Group and Great Jones Realty are exclusively leasing and marketing 7 Dekalb.
Tenants of 7 Dekalb also receive a dedicated entrance to Dekalb Avenue Subway station. Being situated in Downtown, the building is near 13 subway lines, 16 bus stops and the Long Island Railroad.
