MainStreet Organization of Realtors’ key to success is providing resources and educational opportunities for its staff and members. Supporting more than 16,000 members in the Chicago suburbs, MORe covers the south, west and northwest suburbs of the city.

“Mainstreet has grown over the years, but our emphasis on staff support has remained the same,” Lynn Madison, president of MORe and owner of Lynn Madison Seminars, said in a statement. “Our staff has access to many opportunities for employee development, such as classes and conventions, which help them shape MORe’s direction and which ensures employee longevity.”

MORe also recently partnered with RealSatisfied, a platform that helps agents collect and publish reviews. The partnership helped provide agents with valuable testimonials to share with the public and improve performances.
