Stellar Homes Group announced that it will start using photovoltaic solar panels on its construction projects, starting with Cavalia Estates located in Davie, Valero at Sailboat Bend in Fort Lauderdale and the Boca Villas in Boca Raton.

A new real estate firm, Dream Homes International, has opened doors in South Florida. The firm brings more than 100 agents who have combined sales of more than $1 billion. The agents that will fill the offices in Weston and Boynton Beach are coming from Realty Associates Florida Properties, Inc.

The state of Florida remains below the national average for delinquent loans, according to the Black night Financial Services Mortgage Monitor. The total number of non-current loans in the state was 6.6 percent, down a staggering 23.9 percent year-over-year.
