Anaheim’s City Council enacted a ban on short-term rentals (such as services like Airbnb) after a five-and-a-half hour meeting in June, with enforcement to begin in 18 months.

Los Angeles’s home market is comfortably where it should be, according to Freddie Mac’s Multi-Indicator Market Index, which measures a metro’s mortgage status, home payment-to-income and employment.
