Concierge Auctions — leader in high-end, streamlined real estate transactions — has reached a critical milestone since its inception eight years ago.
Now a global luxury marketplace, Concierge achieved over $1 billion in total sales.
In the past few months, the firm held 12 closed auctions across the U.S., and now can add international deals to its long lists of successful transactions, closing deals in the Bahamas, Canada, France, Jamaica, Mexico and Spain.
“We couldn’t be more thrilled to have exceeded $1 billion in historic sales, nearly a quarter of which has been achieved in the past year alone,” Laura Brady, president and founder of Concierge Auctions, said in a statement.
“Our consistent growth and success is proof of the industry’s need and acceptance of our process for the efficient purchase and sale of high-end real estate.
Brady, who’s recognized by Inman as one of the 100 most influential leaders in real estate, stresses how in luxury real estate, the clientele is limited. Even in a booming market, Concierge Auctions provides a superior route to buying and selling one-of-a-kind estates.

Concierge Auctions across the globe
Concierge facilitated two European auctions recently. Villa La Ponche in Saint-Tropez, auctioned in May, is a Mediterranean-style villa in the stunning French Riviera.
The seller, Rob Hourmont (former Olympic skier) says the property received five bidders from across the globe, and was highly pleased with Concierge’s efficiency and effectiveness.
In June, Concierge sold Finca Sa Vinya in Mallorca, Spain. This was the second auction held in Europe and the first in Spain for the firm.
Although two centuries old, the Spanish villa was restored and modernized to include up-to-date amenities for the present buyer. The seller, James Dunn, said he especially liked that Concierge Auctions works with local brokers.
In fact, Concierge Auctions has never completed a deal without broker involvement, says Chad Roffers, chairman of Concierge Auctions. The team understands the significance of collaboration in the real estate industry.
Concierge ensures commissions on both sides of the process to protect agent involvement and ensure a successful transaction all around.
How to reach $1 billion, from the experts
Although Concierge has expanded its reach beyond borders, the company held numerous successful auctions in the past few months — right here in the U.S.
Concierge Auctions hit record prices in Reno, selling a home for the highest price in over a decade. In Colorado Springs, Concierge reached four consecutive sales in May — again, reaching the highest sale price in the Colorado Springs market in recent years.
The company completed its first sale in Louisiana and first property auction in Manhattan this Spring.
New York-based Concierge Auctions is currently servicing 32 U.S. state and 14 countries.
