In just four months of sales, the 50-story apartment tower at 70 Columbus in Jersey City leased out 60 percent of its units. And the good news for the team behind the property keeps on coming: The team behind the development, which is set to be completed in three phases, announced the adjacent tower at 90 Columbus landed $155.83 million in financing.

Inc. magazine released it’s Inc. 5000, which ranks the fastest growing private, independent companies in the country every year by basing its list on percentage revenue growth over a three-year period. Inman News found the New York City real estate firms that made the cut.

New York City millennials are opting for suburbs such as Hoboken, Brooklyn and Queens, which hold culture and desirability at a lesser monthly burden, accoridng to an Avison Young urbanization report on how millennials have re-shaped cities as housing desires have shifted.
