Miami luxury real estate’s most expensive listings

Miami holds some of the most exclusive and elaborate homes in the world. And, despite recent reports of foreign interest waning in South Florida, sellers of magnificent homes and condos in South Florida continue to enter the market for buyers to pursue.

Whether you’re lucky enough to secure a client with a budget this size or have big plans to purchase yourself, these extravagant estates in South Florida are worth a look.

With six bedrooms and 7.5 bathrooms, this elite home is fit for entertaining and family life simultaneously.

At $35.9 million, “Sesto Senso” offers the largest square footage among Miami luxury real estate listings this month. The home at 5004 N. Bay Rd. holds a generous seven-bedroom, 10-bathroom layout across 17,000 square feet. Location wise, North Bay Road is well-known as a restricted and elegant stretch along Miami Beach’s Biscayne Bay coast.

Unique amenities in the modern and airy home include a 35-foot above-ground rooftop swimming pool and a massive marble freestanding tub overlooking the water off the master bedroom.

252 Bal Bay Dr.

Sitting on a wide open bay, 252 Bal Bay Dr. sits in Bal Harbour, one of the most private and gated communities in Miami. The home transfuses indoor and outdoor living space to create a true Miami estate just 300 yards from one of two Atlantic Ocean inlets.

The property is listed for $36 million by Oren Alexander, developer and broker of the Alexander Team at Douglas Elliman. The property has eight bedrooms and 9.5 bathrooms across 13,500 interior square feet. Combined with its expansive outdoor areas, the property totals over 17,000 square feet of year-round functional and elaborate living space.

There’s even a facial recognition access control system allowing for greater security and entry ease.

Star Island, a small neighborhood scattered with multi-million dollar mansions in Biscayne Bay, is no stranger to costly listings. Luckily for high-end buyers, one of Star Island’s dazzling estates is on the market right now. The 58,332 square foot mansion listed by the Jills of Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate is nestled on a coveted corner lot with a $37 million price tag.

Comprised of seven bedrooms and eight bathrooms, the property’s layout is separated between a villa (four bedrooms) and guest house (three bedrooms). The 240-foot waterfront setting is prime for picturesque sunsets.
