Are the dog days of summer really over? Given the high-end, pet-friendly features within national homebuilder Taylor Morrison’s newest communities, they very could might be.
“We know pets hold a special place in our homebuyers’ hearts, and that was the impetus for ensuring we had amenities to help make not only the care of pets easier, but to provide pets with amenities that keep them active and healthy,” Taylor Morrison Chief Customer Officer Graham Hughes said.
Taylor Morrison considers homebuyers and their companions heavily, offering a stress-free means of walking, cleaning, loving and caring for furry friends through its communities in Florida, Southern California, Chicagoland and Texas.
Fresh communities for pet-friendly homebuyers
Near Tampa, Florida, the Esplanade community includes resort-style amenities for humans and pets alike. Currently under construction, Esplanade of Tampa offers 300 single-family homes, 45 acres of wetlands and 20 acres of lakes.
Keeping pet-friendliness as a top priority, Taylor Morrison is building a fresh watering hole at Esplanade for pets to hydrate after a long day in the Sunshine State climate. In the future, residents can also attend seminars surrounding pet health and wellbeing with animals in tow.
Tallgrass in Lake Barrington, Illinois, is the newest planned community from Taylor Morrison. Lake Barrington has a reputation for green space, and Tallgrass’ location within the Grassy Lake Forest Preserve allows pet owners to exercise their pups in a pristine environment.
To spoil even further – and clean dirty fur after a long stroll – the Kingston layout includes a convenient doggy shower. Prices for units at Tallgrass start around $700,000.
