Zumper recently examined May’s median rent prices of one-bedroom homes in Los Angeles this fall. Here are its findings:
- Over the past year, the price of two-bedroom units in L.A. has appreciated 11 percent.
- Coastal Santa Monica, Venice and Marina del Rey were the most expensive areas to rent in this fall, with the median price for one-bedrooms ranging between $2,700 and $3,000 per month.
- Just under the $1,000 threshold, Congress Central and Central Alameda were the most affordable neighborhoods.
