Should you air your political opinions or keep them to yourself?

On Sunday, two Seattle broker-owners declared their intention to vote for Hillary Clinton on their real estate blog.

Kim Colaprete and Chavi Holm of Team Diva Real Estate and Coldwell Banker Bain in Seattle included 10 reasons why they were supporting Clinton and links to Washington State’s online voter registration and polling place locators.

It just goes to show: Some real estate agents and brokers gleefully dive into the deep end of the political pool, unashamed to tell the world what they think (or who’s won their vote). And some say it’s best to simply keep your mouth shut (or fingers quiet). Some even recommend keeping your clients from making overtly political statements.
