November 3
AgentSquared, a real estate marketing and website solution, is now available to Flexmls System users via FBS Broker Agent Services Team. “With an AgentSquared IDX website powered by the Spark API, Flexmls users can register their domain and have a beautiful, live IDX website in minutes that’s modern, branded, mobile-responsive and integrated with their Flexmls contacts (so they don’t have to manually enter lead information from their AgentSquared website into their Flexmls CRM),” said the companies in a statement.

CurbCall announced a strategic partnership with RapidSOS that will integrate RapidSOS emergency technology into CurbCall Protect. “When real estate agents press the panic button on CurbCall Protect, or when they unexpectedly leave the showing radius, RapidSOS and emergency contacts are notified,” said the companies in a statement. “RapidSOS will then call the agent and give them the option to connect to 9-1-1 with the tap of a button. The agent’s precise location and identity are automatically transmitted to 9-1-1, ensuring that help will be able to get to the showing quickly.”

DocuSign announced updates to its DocuSign eMortgage product, new partnerships with Homes.com and zipLogix, and that it is participating in Upstream‘s pilot program. “The real estate business is all about trust and relationships, and that starts with brokers and agents,” said DocuSign Chairman and CEO Keith Krach. “At DocuSign, we are laser-focused on providing those real estate professionals with a platform that’s available, secure and easy to use. This has been vitally important to us from the beginning and we will continue to put agents, brokers and their clients at the center of the transaction so they can do business on the DocuSign Global Trust Network with confidence.”

Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate announced that Haven Properties in San Luis Obispo has been added to its international franchise network. It will be named Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Haven Properties and led by Gavin Payne. “I am thrilled to be expanding our brand presence into the Central California Wine Country with a company that acutely understands real estate as well as the distinct flavor of each local community,” said BHGRE CEO Sherry Chris in a statement. “By embracing modern technology and being committed to creative marketing tactics to distinguish themselves from their competitors, this team is positioned to continue doing great work.”

Inside Real Estate and Kunversion announced that they will merge and operate under the Inside Real Estate name; Kunversion will become the brand for the marketing and sales software platform. “The combined leadership team will be headed by Chief Executive Officer, Ned Stringham,” said the companies in a release. “Stringham has a strong track record of successfully building sales, marketing and cloud-based software businesses and also acts as an Operating Partner of NexPhase Capital as well as being the principal owner of 42 Ventures, which has been successfully investing in vertical software businesses over the last decade. Both NexPhase Capital and 42 Ventures made significant equity investments in the combination of Kunversion and Inside Real Estate.”
CoreLogic announced a new business relationship with RentTrack to create CoreLogicPayments, which will provide an online rent payment solutions for residents to build their credit. “CoreLogic recognized the value of the RentTrack resident value approach: build credit as you pay rent,” said Richard Leurig, senior vice president, CoreLogic Rental Property Solutions, in a statement. “We are extremely excited to offer our clients and their residents the best in rental and HOA payments and reporting.”
ERA Real Estate announced the affiliation of StarCrest Realty LLC based in Dallas/Ft. Worth and Houston, Texas. The firm will now do business as ERA StarCrest Realty. “The franchise affiliation of StarCrest Realty not only strengthens ERA’s position in two key Texas markets, but leverages a community-focused firm committed to growth on multiple fronts,” said Sue Yannaccone, president and CEO of ERA Real Estate, in a statement. “The company’s entire leadership team exemplifies ERA’s commitment to driving value to customers through unparalleled service, relentless innovation and a fierce determination to grow.”
Edina Realty has launched a new responsive website that includes data powered by SchoolDigger. “Minnesota home buyers and sellers want immediate access to customized information about real estate,” said Greg Mason, president and CEO of Edina Realty Home Services, in a statement. “Smartphones have become so ubiquitous, we had to take a serious look at the changing demographics, usage patterns, what consumers want and how they prefer to access information about homes.”
