Top concerns
It’s fast and easy, but so are many other postcard mailing services today. Consider the benefits of other services before starting or switching to KardZee.
What you should know
KardZee wasn’t started for real estate agents, but it’s a terrific fit for agents who want to mail personal, professional post-closing congratulations, open house invitations and follow-ups to new leads.
Users can create a completely personalized handwriting font by tracing over each letter of the alphabet to create an “analysis.”
The process turns your finger strokes into a totally unique script font to be used in mailings.
Gift cards from an array of major retailers (Apple, Amazon, etc.) can be printed directly into the card via a patent pending process developed by the company.
Gift cards are then authenticated and redeemed via text.
For agents getting into video marketing, KardZee mailings can include direct links to your videos.
Like the gift card redemption, video content is accessed by recipients using a text message code. This is a good way to showcase a listing video to your mail list, announce a closing or highlight local expertise. I like the mix of traditional and modern marketing tactics.
KardZee’s “set it and forget it” feature offers users the option to set dates for automated future mailings. Agents who are active with previous clients could benefit most from this feature.
Cards can be branded with images and logos, and are produced and mailed through exclusive relationships the company maintains with a printer and group of fulfillment centers.
Postcards can be mailed to and from anywhere in the world, and postage is included in the price.
I think KardZee’s primary advantage is in the multitude of features intrinsic to the app.
Our phones are always with us, so why not spend a few minutes thanking a buyer or encouraging a prospect to list with you? KardZee eliminates the excuses for not staying in touch, and we all have too many of those, right?
