Realogy Holdings Corporation — the home of NRT, Coldwell Banker, Century 21, ERA, Sotheby’s International and Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate — today announced that its the only residential real estate franchisor or brokerage on the 2018 Fortune 500 list of the biggest companies by revenue in America.

The company has made the list eight times in the last 12 years, with five of the appearances happening from 2013 to 2018. This year, Realogy came in at No. 458 due to $6.1 billion in revenues and $431 million in profits in the fiscal year 2017.

“We are proud to be represented on this prestigious list of America’s leading companies,” said Realogy president and CEO Ryan Schneider in a press release. “We are excited to continue leveraging our industry-leading national scale, our great brands, and our substantial technology and data resources to make our affiliated agents successful.”

While there are other real estate companies on the Fortune 500 list—five in the top 500, in fact—most are commercial or other types of firms, not brokerages, holding companies, or franchises.

The company recently made another list, the Swanepoel Mega 1000, a new inclusive ranking of real estate brokerages by sales volume. NRT, a Realogy subsidiary and the nation’s largest brokerage in terms of sales and agents, topped the Mega 1000 thanks to $178 billion in total sale volume and completing 346,941 transaction sides.

In Q1, Realogy reported a revenue of $1.2 billion and aggregate home sale volume of $1 billion — putting them on track to make the Fortune 500 list again in 2019.
