Ben Kinney Companies just announced the new hire of a longtime industry insider: Keller Williams mega-agent and frequent real estate conference presenter Vija Williams is joining the team as its brokerage division’s new director of growth.
The Washington-based Ben Kinney Companies owns multiple Keller Williams Realty franchises with over 1,050 agents across the state. Over the years, founder Ben Kinney has become known as a leader in the industry, quickly growing his company to include a real estate team that closed over 12,000 transactions in one year, various real estate tech companies and an international location.

As part of her new role, Wiliams will lead growth, revenue and production for Ben Kinney Companies. Most recently, Williams has led her own company, the Vija Group, in Ben Kinney’s office in Kirkland, Washington. Williams has frequently appeared on stage during Inman Connect conferences and currently graces the cover of the national Keller Williams “OutFront” magazine.

Christi Webster, the company’s current market center administrator, has also been promoted to director of operations.
“This signifies a huge investment in the growth of our brokerages in the midst of a market shift and Wall Street brokerages coming into our western Washington markets,” Kinney said.
