A new partnership between two real estate tech heavyweights stitches together one of the most widely used customer relationship management systems with popular brokerage software to streamline business tasks for real estate agents.

Announced today at the Inman Connect New York 2019 real estate conference, Realtor-owned tech company zipLogix’s back office transaction management software solution for brokerages, zipForm Enterprise Connect, can now integrate with MoxiEngage CRM, a customer relationship management system made by separate tech vendor MoxiWorks.

The integration will allow agents to import contacts and property information to and from MoxiEngage and generate online paperwork through zipForm Plus from within their MoxiEngage account.

The result? A “complete nurturing process [for leads] that also saves both agents and brokerages a considerable amount of time when processing transactions,” the two companies said in a press release.

“We’re excited to partner with zipLogix to give our brokerage clients the ability to have a fully-integrated transaction management system and look forward to more integrations with them in the future,” said MoxiWorkers CEO York Baur in a statement.

zipLogix says it plans to add more integrations between its software and outside vendors throughout the year.

The company offers a trifecta of transaction management tools — zipForm Plus, zipTMS and zipVault — which it claims streamlines the elaborate and sometimes-repetitive steps of real estate transactions.

It’s also a provider of a transaction management tool for National Association of Realtors (NAR), available to the trade group’s more than 1.3 million members.

MoxiWorks says its open platform system serves over 72 brokerages and 120,000 agents, accounting for more than 13 percent of all U.S. transactions. The platform can bolt on tools from more than 40 partners.
