The Greater Las Vegas Association of Realtors (GLVAR), Sin City’s 14,000-agent multiple listing service, announced Monday it will begin offering members a new customer relationship manager (CRM) and mobile app produced by Canada-based Prospects Software.

Prospects CRM, the customer relationship manager, includes calendars, market reports, a contacts manager, Facebook integration, and other tools. And the app, MLS-Touch, lets agents search listings in a given area on their phones, email listings to clients, and more.

The two tools also integrate with Matrix, a software system from CoreLogic that the company described in a statement Monday as “the most widely used multiple listing platform with over 850,000 users.”

Prospects Software is part of CoreLogic’s “Alliance Network” of third-party technology providers. As a result, Matrix, Prospects CRM and MLS-Touch all integrate with each other. In practical terms, that means when an agent changes or adds information in one of the systems, it automatically updates in the other two.

In a statement, GLVAR CEO Wendy DiVecchio described that integration as a major selling point and “game changer” for agents in her organization.

“We were excited when we first saw MLS-Touch and even more impressed when we saw the client relationship manager and how they work together with Matrix to create a complete business hub for agents,” DiVecchio explained.

Charles Drouin, Prospects Software’s CEO, told Inman he founded his company all the way back in 1999 in Montreal, Canada. The firm launched its first app about a decade ago, when the age of mobile computing was still in its infancy. And unlike consumer-oriented real estate companies, Prospects Software’s app focused from the get-go on agents.

Drouin said that more recently Prospects Software has been growing quickly thanks to its participation in CoreLogic’s Alliance Network

“Having such an incredible company pushing for our product has been a total game changer for us,” he added. “The big driver here is the ecosystem and the fact that everything works with Matrix.”

With Las Vegas, Prospects Software says it now provides technology software to a whopping 250,000 agents — indicating that it has quietly grown into a major player in the real estate tech and CRM space. That number also continues to climb, with Drouin adding that the ongoing addition of other MLSs is pushing the agent count closer to 300,000.

In a demo of MLS-Touch, Drouin also showed Inman how agents can draw a line around any geographic area to pull up listings and other insights about the region. Agents can also send branded emails to their clients that include multiple listings.

The tools work well enough and integrate so smoothly, Drouin said, that agent adoption of the systems is as high as 60 percent.

“It’s very rare to have such a good adoption rate,” he added.

In a statement, GLVAR vice president Stephanie Hill expressed excitement about the new tools, saying they let agents and clients “collaborate effortlessly from their phones or laptops.”

“Suggested listings and client favorites can be viewed in both the client portal and the mobile app, and all messages and activities are tracked in the client record in MLS-Touch, Prospects CRM and Matrix,” she added. “We are taking real-time collaboration to another level.”
