Foreclosure marketplace RealtyTrac has signed up Oklahoma City-based Prudential Alliance Realty and Tulsa, Okla.-based Prudential Detrick Realty to its brokerage network.
Firms in the RealtyTrac Network, available to only one firm in each market, receive exclusive leads, market insight and media exposure.
“Among other benefits, our brokerage now has access to a customized feed of unique properties aggregated by RealtyTrac nationwide and the use of a sophisticated search tool that enables our company to hone in on new listing opportunities that meet very specific market criteria,” said Sheldon Detrick, CEO of Prudential Alliance Realty and Prudential Detrick Realty, in a statement.
RealtyTrac launched the network in February with charter members Prudential California Realty and Chase International.
