Takeaways:

The pitch

It’s hard for me to choose what stood out this month.

After all, I spent two days in the vibrant, harried throes of Startup Alley at ICSF.

There’s a lot of real estate innovation about to hit the market. This list highlights three such solutions.

Busivid

Easy does it: Busivid is very simple. After setup, pro-level videos can be published in a few taps.
Stars can shine: Individual agents can quickly build YouTube or Vimeo content channels.
Feature-rich: Store videos on the Web, upgrade for better metrics and embed music.

Some other features I couldn’t cram into my full review on Busivid included its easy and robust editing features for the Intro and Closing presentations it builds for you.

Much like a Microsoft Word document, Busivid makes it easy to adjust fonts with an extensive library. Although most of the fonts are pretty gimicky, there are plenty of professional choices.

You can also adjust background colors and types of animation for the embedded graphics, similar to PowerPoint.

I haven’t used an easier video content tool.

PointDrive

It’s all here: PointDrive allows all forms of content to be presented; video, PowerPoints, PDFs, images, URLs and the like.
Work with us: Brokerages can leverage PointDrive for recruiting, branding advantages and more.
Inbox zero: Use PointDrive to deliver marketing messages to prospects in lieu of attachment-laden emails.

PointDrive uses a Web page to neatly curate an agent’s sales and marketing materials.

Each “card” on the page is a different piece of collateral, like a market report, company brochure or listing presentation.

In addition to PDFs and Word docs, you can add maps, Vimeo content, YouTube videos or school reports, for example.

Users are sent a link to the URL to browse the selections. Agents can then track how each individual presentation resonated with prospects.

PointDrive is sharp, practical software.

Stanza

Get pushy: Open houses, company events can appear as push notifications on customers’ devices.
Proven: Used by many of the top franchises in the NBA, NFL, NHL and Division 1 college athletic programs.
All mobile: Designed for mobile-centric users.

I really like how Stanza helps you passively market. A prospect syncs his calendar to your event list one time, and that’s it.

Subscribers get a push notification on their device when an event approaches. They can quickly dismiss or open it to learn more.

You can do more than market with Stanza. Use it to keep customers in-tune with their listing by creating a calendar of milestone events, such as open houses, contract meetings or when an inspection contingency is due.

Stanza can add value quickly and requires little work to roll out.
