Agents who are part of the NextHome family are about to up their value proposition with the tech-focused brokerage’s new marketing automation software. The new service, powered by real estate marketing company Imprev, will fully automate the creation of marketing content to allow the franchisor’s 2,400 agents to better focus on their clients needs.

“At NextHome, we’re passionate about empowering our agents to deliver tremendous value to their clients,” said NextHome CEO James Dwiggins. “That’s why Imprev’s Marketing Automation is such a natural fit for our brand.”

“With automation, agents have a repeatable way to deliver their marketing promise to clients — without wasting precious hours on repetitive, manual tasks,” he added. “Imprev understands how important it is to deliver a consistent brand and marketing experience to our clients at every point in the homeselling process, which ultimately makes our brand even more valuable to an agent’s business.”

As agents enter a new listing in NextHome’s reporting system, the marketing automation system will create marketing materials — including fliers, postcards, single property websites, social media posts, emails and more — until the listing is sold.

The content will be centered around four key events during a listing’s lifespan — just listed, open house, price reduced and sold — so agents can tailor relevant content. The service will also constantly monitor the listings for changes and update the materials when that change occurs.

“We need to raise the bar in real estate.” Dwiggins said. “With the industry’s lack of minimum standards and service level, more and more sellers are questioning the value of a Realtor’s role.”

Agents will also have access to a custom design center powered by Imprev. The design center will be a one-stop shop for custom marketing materials so agents can enhance their brand outside of listings.

“Agents manage the client relationship from beginning to end, so it absolutely makes sense to support them with proven technology services that contribute to their success, especially when it comes to marketing,” said Bill Yaman, president and chief revenue officer of Imprev. “Empowering agents to fulfill a brand’s promise and deliver an amazing experience results in happy, loyal clients and more future revenue for everyone.”

In February, Re/Max, the second largest franchisor in the United States also announced a partnership with Imprev to power agents custom marketing materials. Imprev also works Coldwell Banker, Better Homes and Gardens, and Berkshire Hathaway Home Services.
