There’s no doubt that technology has played a heroic role in the lives of real estate agents (and so many other professionals) over the past year or so — and its place in the industry is only growing. Although the country is edging closer and closer toward a new pandemic-free normal, for a lot of pros, the virtual tools they’ve come to embrace during COVID aren’t going anywhere.
