A new online property information tool from GlobeXplorer combines online maps and aerial viewing with property information, enabling users to access extensive information about any property in their county, the company said today.

Subscribers to GlobeXplorer’s Property Analyst get unlimited property reports, including parcel reports with detailed value and ownership information, sales comparables, flood reports, and demographic reports showing crime, population, or income information.

Property searches can be conducted through simple searching (address, parcel number, owner name, map coordinates), or visually by clicking on parcels from an interactive aerial photo showing neighborhood parcels.

Users can view more than 30 different interactive map layers, including parcel maps, street maps, sales price maps, assessed value maps, flood maps, landslides, income, crime, demographics, and much more.

The property reports also contain over 90 different pieces of textual information about each property, including recent sales price, assessed value, owner name, number of bedrooms, date built, and many other elements. Users can download assessor’s data, measure distances and property areas, draw and write on the maps, and create aerial photo maps of neighborhoods with color-coded assessor values visually overlaid on each property.

The Property Analyst tool can be co-branded and customized for online business including multiple listing service Web sites, insurance companies, title and mortgage companies, consumer mapping portals, and many others.

Property Analyst is currently available for most major counties in California, Texas, and Florida, and is being rapidly expanded throughout the country in the coming months, the company said. Subscriptions begin at $199 per month/per user/per county, with discounts for additional users and annual subscriptions.

GlobeXplorer, a wholly owned subsidiary of Stewart Information Services Corp., is a geographic data integration and publishing company providing online access to a large commercial library of aerials, satellite imagery, and physical property information.
