Forbes has released a new list of up-and-comers under the age of 30 in various industries, including real estate.

The "30 Under 30" list of "today’s disrupters and tomorrow’s brightest stars" in the real estate category includes:

  • Blair Brandt, 23, CEO of The Next Step Realty which specializes in matching recent college graduates with local real estate professionals who help them find starter apartments;
  • Oren Alexander, 24, vice president of Prudential Douglas Elliman Real Estate who has sold nearly $100 million in sales volume since his career began; and,
  • Austin Allison, 26, CEO of real estate e-signature and e-document company DotLoop, which provides transaction management services to major franchisors Keller Williams Realty and EXIT Realty.

Allison was recently named to Inman News’ 100 Most Influential Real Estate Leaders list for 2011. He will also speak at Real Estate Connect in New York City next week.

David Vivero, 28, CEO of RentJuice, also made Forbes’ 30 under 30 list and is another speaker at Real Estate Connect.

Other young real estate movers and shakers on the list include:

  • Jason Anderson, 29, president of Halo Group Realty;
  • Caroline Bass, 29, senior vice president of Citi Habitats;
  • Sandro Dazzan, 29, a sales associate at Coldwell Banker Previews International;
  • Josh Flagg, 26, a Realtor at Rodeo Realty;
  • Dina Goldentayer, 29, a Realtor at ONE Sotheby’s International Realty;
  • Danny Hertzberg, 29, a Realtor at Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate;
  • Sha Hwang, 26, design technologist at Trulia;
  • Lauren Mitrick, 27, a Realtor at Jameson Sotheby’s International Realty;
  • Matthew Peterson, 29, CEO of Prodigy Real Estate;
  • Jarrod Guy Randolph, 28, vice president and director at Brown Harris Stevens; and,
  • Jared Seligman, 24, senior vice president at Prudential Douglas Elliman Real Estate.

The list’s social and mobile category includes Facebook founder and CEO Mark Zuckerberg, 27, as well as Matt Mullenweg, 27, founder of Automattic, which provides WordPress blogs.

Two other upcoming Connect speakers are also on the list: Jason Baptiste, 26, CEO of tablet publishing company OnSwipe; and Clara Shih, 29, co-founder of social media software company Hearsay Social.
