Marketing technology firm Imprev Inc. launched a "new" digital marketing service today, ePostcards that is designed — by stripping much of the branding associated with other marketing efforts — specifically for sharing over social media. The service is geared to help agents keep in touch with prospective, current and past clients via a digitally shared electronic postcard.

Agents have a lot to do, said Renwick Congdon, CEO and founder of Imprev, and this social media-focused marketing tool helps them focus on what they do best while staying in touch with clients. It’s a "low-key approach [that] helps agents nurture the social side of a business relationship," he said.

The product release comes with 83 new ePostcard designs, along with 24 fully branded, customizable designs for agents to promote Open House notices, Just Listed properties, and Just Sold transactions.

The ePostcards can be shared using social media like Facebook, Twitter, Google Plus, Pinterest, and via more conventional channels like a website and email.

Imprev offers a suite of digital marketing services, including brochures, fliers, virtual tours, e-newsletters, etc., for a price starting at $299 a year. An enhanced service that includes an image assistant, article library, Web statistics, and support and training services, goes for $499 a year.

In May, the mega-multiple listing service on the East Coast, Metropolitan Regional Information Systems (MRIS), hired Imprev to direct its "integrated marketing center" to service the listing service’s 45,000 members.

Founded in 2000, Imprev now licenses its products to more than 200,000 real estate agents throughout the world, according to the company.
