Palm Beach Gardens, Fla.-based luxury real estate brokerage Illustrated Properties has engaged IXACT Contact Solutions Inc.’s customer relationship management (CRM) tool for its 500 agents.

The customized CRM platform, which includes the Illustrated Properties logo, branded email templates and other customized features, integrates with Illustrated Properties’ current Web portal, allowing users to access it without signing in to a separate system.

"We believe that IXACT Contact’s CRM will be instrumental in helping our agents to keep in touch with prospects and past clients, improve their real estate marketing, and be better organized and in control," said Cheryl Linck, vice president of Illustrated Properties, in a statement. "Our new partnership with IXACT Contact will prove extremely advantageous to our agents."

"(With the new platform, our agents) have access to a library of stunning custom email templates, drip marketing campaigns, listing and closing ‘activity plans,’ a professional written and designed monthly e-newsletter, and much, much more," Linck said.

Founded in 1978, Illustrated Properties is affiliated with Christie’s International Real Estate, and has 25 offices in central and South Florida. In August, the brokerage joined ZipRealty’s "Powered by Zip" referral network.

In October, Toronto-based IXACT Contact rolled out new features in its CRM tool, which goes for $34.95 per month or $377.46 per year after a free five-week trial period, to help agents manage active listings.

The companies declined to comment on whether Illustrated Properties is providing the CRM tool to its agents at no cost to them or has negotiated a volume discount from IXACT Contact, allowing agents to purchase it at a reduced price.

Matthew Collis, sales and marketing manager at IXACT Contact, has written several articles for InmanNext on choosing and getting the most out of CRM applications.
